The start of a new chapter after a quarter of a decade of serving people with excellence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Bupa Arabia approached us to manage the opening of their newest offices in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). the event was structured to cater to different segments and highlight the brand and work environment in Bupa. A six-day event that was segregated into two main parts: VIP Guests & Employees.

We mapped out the guest journey to ensure a smooth flow and showcase the effort in creating the Bupa environment within a limited time frame. The event included branding production, spotlights, valet services, set-up of the welcoming area and offices, ribbon cutting ceremony, office tours, and catering.
